CUSTOMER INFORMATION
LIABILITY LIMITATION
In the event of a defect in material or workmanship, Promowear will replace the goods or refund the purchase price for the merchandise at Promowear’s sole discretion, provided that the claim is made within 15 days from the shipment date. Promowear’s liability shall not in any event exceed the cost of furnishing a replacement for the defective product.
OVERRUNS AND UNDERRUNS
All orders are subject to overruns or underruns of 5-7%.
REGISTRATION
A registration variance of +/- 1/32” may occur with multiple colors and must be considered acceptable registration
CHANGES TO AN ORDER
All orders are processed at time of deposit. There can be no changes to merchandise quantity, colors, or style after order is confirmed. Artwork proof will be provided after order is placed. It is customer responsibility to proof and spell check all orders before giving final approval on artwork. After artwork is approved, we cannot make any changes.
